Nightscapes is a photographic series by local artist Brandon Mason. The images are achieved by long exposures utilizing a digital camera. Each photograph represents the eerily beautiful nighttime landscape of areas nearby Lexington. Color and movement dance across each image revealing what would otherwise appear to be a still and calm night sky.

Sacred Spaces in Central Kentucky
Keith A. Barker, Photographer, Asbury University
"What gives certain spaces a strong sense of the "sacred"? What separates sacred space from ordinary space?
This Photography exhibit ... visually ponders the questions above through interpretations and realizations made in response to select sacred sites found within this historic and beautiful region.
Sacred Spaces in Central Kentucky serves as a reminder that whether it be in traditional worship spaces or natural sites of encounter, Central Kentucky has long offered an extensive range of sacred spaces, serving both in the past and at present, as reminder of the holiness, presence and power of God.
We invite you to share in experiencing Sacred Spaces in Central Kentucky.

Changing Faces of Tibet
Frank Becker’s recent journey to Tibet with his son Patrick revealed a nation whose people are oppressed by the occupying Chinese, subject to unrelenting pressure to “modernize”, yet manage to hold on to traditions and beliefs from their proud past. These images show the Tibetan people caught in that cultural clash.

Nana Ghansah - "Simplicity"

Unable to go on exotic photo trips, I started looking for the beauty around
me. In the process, I found beauty in everyday events, people and life in
general. With this exhibit, I hope to convey the fact that beauty can be
found in the simple, mundane things in life. Visit
http://simplicity.nanadadzie.com/ for a preview of the show.
