The Lexington Youth Arts Council is a new organization providing Lexington's youth the opportunity to design and implement arts programming. With 24 council members representing fayette county public and private schools, we strive to create fun, innovative projects to engage all ages of youth in Fayette county.
2013 Visual Art Exhibit
in collaboration with CKYO and LASC.
The CKYO gallery was up on May 19th 2013, but the exhibit still continues at the Living Arts and Science Center, where a selected group of the pieces in the CKYO gallery will be in a juried art exhibit that will be exhibited throughout the summer. Starting with the June 21 Gallery Hop.

Looking for new members for 2012 Year
If you are interested in the arts and attend a public or private high school in Fayette County, you are welcome to apply to be on the Lexington Youth Arts Council. We are currently seeking several members for the coming year.
